Truvium

AI systems for the work behind enterprise marketing.

Marketing teams work across research, creator selection, content reviews and campaign decisions. At Truvium, I’m building systems to connect that work, starting with creator marketing.

My work today

I’m building Truvium across product strategy and technology, while working with potential customers to understand their marketing workflows. My responsibilities span customer discovery and building the business, with that understanding shaping what we build and how we take it to market.

CultureX

Building for the people who buy, use and depend on software.

As VP of Product & Technology, I led product strategy and technical architecture, working with a lean team across engineering, design and QA to deliver enterprise software. I stayed close to customers through discovery, demos and training, turning their needs into roadmap priorities and go-to-market decisions.

Taking an idea all the way to its first customers.

Across my early ventures, I built products and teams from the ground up, taking education ideas through research, design, development and launch. I also handled go-to-market and early sales, securing initial customers among coaching institutes and generating early validation and revenue.

iHub Gujarat

Working with the people building their first businesses.

As a program manager at iHub, I helped design and run startup support programs, from application screening and evaluation through funding coordination and reporting. Alongside this, I built relationships with industry associations and chambers, helping bring mentors and angel investors into the network supporting founders.

More about my contribution

These figures describe the programs I worked on at iHub. My role was program management within the institution, bringing me into contact with founders, their businesses and the support they needed.

Connecting the business problem
to the product and the build.

My experience helps me work across decisions that are often handled separately: what customers need, how the software should work, and what it will take to deliver and get it used.

Turn an unclear idea into a product direction.

I bring customer discovery and product definition together to clarify the problem, who it matters to and what a useful first version needs to do.

Make product and technical decisions together.

I connect roadmap priorities with technical architecture, weighing customer value, complexity and team capacity to decide what to build first and what can wait.

Bring the right people into the work.

I work across technical teams, business stakeholders and external partners to establish shared priorities and clear responsibilities, so decisions can translate into delivery.

Connect the build with adoption.

I bring go-to-market, customer feedback and product usage into product decisions, keeping attention on how software is introduced, sold and used.

An engineer.
A founder.

My experience has put me close to different parts of building: the technology, the customer, the team and the early business.

As a founder, I’ve worked on products and their first commercial relationships. In enterprise software, I’ve connected customer requirements with architecture and delivery. In startup programs, I’ve helped organise the processes and relationships that support other founders.

Together, those experiences shape how I approach a problem: understand the business context, work through the technical choices and consider what it will take for people to use the result.
