Building software. Understanding the business around it.

At CultureX, my work brought product development, enterprise customers and team leadership into the same conversation.

01 / The context

Product work inside an enterprise business.

CultureX was an opportunity to work on software for the creator economy and influencer marketing. As VP of Product & Technology, I worked across product building, enterprise conversations and delivery.

The experience expanded my responsibilities beyond getting a product built. It included working directly with the businesses evaluating and using the software, and leading the team delivering it.

02 / My contribution

From product direction to delivery.

My responsibilities covered product strategy, roadmap planning and the development process, working with the team to turn requirements into releases. Alongside that, I worked directly with enterprise leads and clients to understand their needs.

Product and technology

Connecting product direction with the work of designing, developing and delivering software.

Enterprise conversations

Approximately 1,000 conversations with leads and clients across my time at CultureX.

Team leadership

A team of twelve when I left, building efficiently with limited resources.

03 / The scale of the work

Products used across markets.

Products I worked on reached more than 150 enterprise customers across nine countries during my time at CultureX. These are outcomes of the products and the wider team’s work; my role was leading product and technology and contributing directly to customer conversations and delivery.

The experience gave me sustained exposure to both the building and commercial sides of enterprise software.

04 / Where it fits

A bridge to what I’m building today.

My early ventures involved finding initial customers and getting products into use. CultureX added experience with enterprise customers, a product and technology team, and software used across markets.

Today, as the founder of Truvium, I bring that experience to building AI systems for enterprise marketing.
